Helping people build better lives is our daily goal and our services are continuously growing to meet the needs of indigent adults who experience a serious mental illness and children with severe emotional disturbances.

We provide counseling, medications, treatment for substance abuse occurring with mental illness, behavioral health care for children/adolescents (in-home and school-based), family and parent education, rehabilitation services, community support and housing.

We believe that providing quality, non-discriminatory and confidential services enhances dignity and self-determination among people living with mental illness and their families. Our objective is to help them recover from the negative impact of these illnesses, become increasingly independent, and function well in the community.

ACT contracts with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) to provide behavioral health services.  Our Outpatient (child/adolescent and adult), Case Management, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation programs are currently accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
