Employee Benefits

Associated Centers for Therapy (ACT) offers a number of plans in its benefit package for eligible employees.


Vacation
Eligible after completion of six months, 2 to 4 weeks per year.


Sick Leave
Eligible after completion of one month, 12 days per year.


Ten Paid Holidays
Eligible first day of employment.  Eligible for one Floating Holiday after completion of six months.


Medical Insurance
Eligible first day of employment and a percentage of the cost is shared by the agency.


Dental Insurance
Eligible first day of employment and a percentage of the cost is shared by the agency.


Vision Insurance
Eligible first day of the following month.  Employee paid.


Life Insurance
Fully paid by the agency, equal to annual salary.


Long Term Disability
Fully paid by the agency.


Voluntary Life, AD & D, Short-Term Disability
Eligible upon date of hire.  Employee paid.


Retirement Account – 403b Account
Eligible after 6 months of employment.  Employees are 100% vested with their contributions. 

Continuing Education
ACT provides opportunity for continuing education.
