Director of Children’s Services: Job Code 12-017
Responsible for internal operations including programs, budget and staff management.  Strong understanding of fiscal monitoring and meeting budget requirements. Responsible for growing and/ or sustaining programs and responding to direct service needs in the community. Must demonstrate the ability to present information in a concise and strategic manner. Exhibit the ability to develop effective relationships and must demonstrate strong communication skills. Ability to lead and inspire staff towards agency goals. Responsible for ensuring internal standards and regulatory compliances are met.
Must have a Masters in social services discipline. Clinical licensure required. In addition, 3 years in providing clinical services experience, preferably in children’s programs and four years in a supervisory and/ or management role in a clinical setting is required.

Registered Nurse
Part Time: Job Code 11-042 (Saturday/Sunday 7p-7a) Calm Center)
Candidate will be responsible for providing strength based approach with trauma informed care for children with mental and behavioral health issues that are admitted to the CALM Center, a crisis stabilization unit.  Will need a valid OK RN license plus at least two years of professional nursing experience including one year experience with children who have emotional or behavioral disorders; or BS in Nursing may substitute for two years experience.

This position requires a BA or BS in a mental health related field from an accredited university.  Minimum requirements of one year work experience in the mental health, social sciences or human service delivery field.  The successful candidate will be working primarily in the community and will collaborate with CRSOK staff and community agencies.  Candidate must be able to provide own transportation and travel within OK.  Candidate must be able to work a regular schedule with flexibility to meet consumer needs.

Life Skills Coach (Calm Center))
Part Time: Job Code 12-011 Week End Overnights 11p-7a
Must be 21 years old and have the completion of 60 college hours or equivalent experience.  Equivalent experience may include substituting up to 2 years of relevant employment, or responsibility in the care of children with complex emotional needs.  Candidate must be CLEET certified or be eligible to obtain CLEET certification. Bilingual preferred.

Care Coordinator
Wrap Services Tulsa: Full-Time: Job Code, 12-025
Bachelor’s degree required in the field of social or human sciences.  This position requires one year minimum experience working with juveniles in the mental health field or related social service field.  The desired candidate must have the ability to evaluate situations and adopt an effective course of action, must be able to delegate responsibilities and organize and present facts effectively.  The candidate must be able to work well under pressure meeting deadlines with efficiency and consistency.  Some specialized training and/or certification in mental health services or related field may be required in order to provide adjunctive services.  Candidate must have a valid OK DL.
